Throughout the three decades of his professional career, he has been committed to excellence in real estate development for his community. Kenneth Li is known as a real estate specialist, developer and consultant. Kenneth acquired Century 21 Southwest franchise in 1997 and later converted into Southwest Realty Group. Both Texas Monthly and Real Estate Directory News named Kenneth Li as Houston Chinatown "Mayor."
Michael Zhang is a seasoned environmental engineering leader, entrepreneur, and Navy officer with over 10 years of experience in managing Environmental & Health and Safety (EHS) permitting and compliance programs, with a strong knowledge base in multimedia, air, water, waste, and safety management. In 2018, Michael Zhang and Bill Glushko established Environeer Engineering Consulting to connect knowledge and experience to help clients innovatively and cost-effectively solve complex Environmental, Health & Safety challenges.
