The University of Houston is seeking to identify contractors that may be interested in consideration for non-competitive opportunities (less than $15k) for UH Facilities Minor Planned Projects.
The university is specifically seeking HUB-certified or HUB-eligible contractors within the following service areas:
- Architectural Renovations
- Concrete Work
- Upgrades to Mechanical Systems
- Electrical Distribution Upgrades
- Building Automation System Upgrades
- Laboratory Renovations
- Site Work
- Fire Protection Upgrades
- Life Safety Upgrades
- Utility Infrastructure Upgrades
This is a great opportunity for HUBs to their increase experience at the university and better position themselves for future larger contracting opportunities (such as Contracted Services RFP) as they become available.
